If your item(s) arrived damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us within 10 days of receipt of damaged goods.
All shipping charges must be paid when the order is placed.
Our preferred carrier is USPS and we use Priority Mail which will get your package to you typically in 2-3 days. You also have the choice to use FedEx Ground at the time of placing your order. We may also opt to use this carrier for larger orders.

Personalized & custom items may not be returned and must be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
