Since many of our products are made with a variety of processes, colors can vary slightly from what you see on our site. There could also be slight differences from the fabric swatches or images shown on the site due to fabric dye lot variations. This is especially the case when looking at the online shop - many computer monitors have various color and saturation settings which can alter the hue of the photos and is unfortunately outside of our control. Many of our silks also have imperfections that are characteristic of high-quality fabric.

An Important Note:

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on items that are discounted from regular price. All sale items are considered final sale and are therefore non-refundable.

Sale Items

If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, we want to know so we can fix it. Kindly, contact us within 10 days of your order being delivered. After this review period, all sales are considered to be final. Please note, a majority of our products are hand-made to order so we do not generally accept returns. However, we understand each case is different so it's best to discuss it with us.

Every product we offer can be personalized with embroidery, fabrics, colors and even minor design changes for what you envision for your keepsake. We want you to LOVE what we send you and do our best to make sure of it. You can contact us at any time before, during or after placing your order to discuss it. We thoroughly review each order and will contact you ASAP if there is any confusion. You can even request a proof of any personalization order before it is fulfilled.
