Due to exceptionally high order volume, we are currently experiencing longer processing times. Please be aware of the following:
Standard Processing Time:
- Our current processing time for hand-made-to-order items is now approximately 3-4 weeks. This includes production time.
- Items like refills, album pages, or partner brand in-stock items will still ship within 1-2 business days.
Rush Order Options:
- If you need your order sooner, we offer rush processing at checkout.
- 5 Business Day Rush: Process your order within 5 business days for an additional $15.
- 10 Business Day Rush: Process your order within 10 business days for an additional $7.50.
Shipping Information:
- Marcela ships to all contiguous 48 states.
- Our website does not currently support international shipping. Please contact us directly at hello@marcelagifts.com to place an international order.
- Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products we do not offer overnight or express shipping.
