Normal Production Time & Rush Processing

- Our normal production time is 2-3 weeks.
- Expedited production is available for a $15 ($7.50 wholesale) charge per item and your order will be shipped within 10 business days.
- Please select rush processing when you are selecting the product options for the item you are ordering.
Drop Shipping

- Drop Shipping is available at no additional charge for our wholesale customers.
Custom & Special Orders

- Because almost every item from Marcela Creations is handmade, we can often accommodate custom requests.
- Custom & Special Order items that are outside of our usual production (such as special styles, colors, or special order fabrics) may incur additional charges.
- Cancellations of Custom & Special Order must be within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Custom & Special Order items can not be returned.
- To receive a quote on a custom order, please contact us.
Personalized Items

- Almost every item from Marcela Creations can be personalized and the cost is often included in the price of the item.
- When necessary due to designs on the front of the item, some albums and scrapbooks can only be personalized on the inside cover
- Cancellation of Personalized Items must be in writing within 24 hours of placing your order. You can submit your request to cancel a personalized item by contacting us.
- Unless an error has been made by us, personalized items can not be returned.
