All Returns Must be Pre-Authorized
- Returns will not be accepted without written approval from us.
- You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order either by filling out the Return Request Authorization Form below or emailing us at email@example.com.
- We may require photographs and additional documentation to process your return.
- Please keep all original packaging materials that the item was shipped to you in.
- We must receive the damaged item in our facility before we process a refund.
- Returned items and refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to outbound and inbound shipping costs.
- Personalized orders may not be returned and must be canceled within 24 hrs.
Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Monogrammed or embroidered items
- Made to Order items
- Sale Items
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Gift Cards
