All Returns Must be Pre-Authorized

  • Returns will not be accepted without written approval from us.
  • You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order either by filling out the Return Request Authorization Form below or emailing us at
  • We may require photographs and additional documentation to process your return.
  • Please keep all original packaging materials that the item was shipped to you in.
  • We must receive the damaged item in our facility before we process a refund.
  • Returned items and refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to outbound and inbound shipping costs.
  • Personalized orders may not be returned and must be canceled within 24 hrs.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Monogrammed or embroidered items
  • Made to Order items
  • Sale Items
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Gift Cards

Free standard shipping and handling valid within the US for a limited time on orders placed at with a $250 minimum purchase after any promotion or offer is applied. Orders of $149.99 or less will be calculated based on address zone. Standard shipping and handling not available and additional fees apply for expedited, multiple shipping destinations and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outside of the United States.
