Do I need to create an account for retail purchases?
- If you are making a retail purchase (for your own use), you do not need to create an account on our website.
Do I need to create an account for wholesale purchases?
- If you are making a wholesale purchase (to resell), you must create an account on our website so that you may view and purchase the wholesale prices.
- New wholesale customers will need to be approved by submitting a copy of your business license and your Federal tax ID documentation.
- Please email proof of Tax ID to hello@marcelagifts.com with the subject headline: Wholesale. You can also fax your documentation to 813-251-4613.
- An initial order of at least $200.00 must be placed. There is no minimum on orders thereafter.
How to create an account:
- To create a new account on our website, just click the “Sign In” link in the upper right hand corner of the website.
How to reset your password:
- To reset your password, click the “Sign in” link in the upper right hand corner of the website.
- Then click on “Forgot your password?” and an email will automatically be sent to you with instructions on how to place an order.
Do you have a catalog?
- No, we do not have a printed catalog. You may view our full product line on our website. Please register your company with the website to obtain wholesale access.
Payment:
- You will need to provide a credit card when placing your order online. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. We do not accept Net 30 or COD terms.
