Ordering Information

    • Normal production time is 2-3 weeks BEFORE shipping.
    • Rush processing is available for a $15.00 ($7.50 wholesale) charge per item and your item will be ready to ship within 10 business days.
    • Drop shipping is available at no additional charge for our wholesale customers.

Personalized & Custom Items

    • Almost every item from can be personalized and we can accommodate special requests and customization.
    • Cancellation of personalized or custom Items must be in writing within 24 hours of placing your order.
    • Unless an error has been made by us, personalized and custom items can not be returned.
    • To receive a quote for a custom order, please contact us.

Payment Policy

    • All orders, including shipping charges, must be paid for at time order is placed.
    • Orders placed via email, fax or phone must include payment information.
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX. We do not accept checks.

Shipping & Handling

    • Our preferred carrier is FedEx and we also ship via USPS.
    • All shipping charges must be paid when the order is placed.
    • If your item(s) arrived damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us within 10 days of receipt of damaged goods.

Return Policy

    • Return requests and damage claims must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of goods.
    • Personalized & custom items may not be returned and must be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • Returned items and refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to outbound and inbound shipping costs.
    • If you need to return an item, please fill out a Return Request Authorization Form within 10 days of receipt of the item.
